I have now purchased 3 of these units
Along with swing gate openers.
The unit arrived quickly from Italy to England.
I have found customer service to be very good, with response to messages or emails very quick to reply.
I am very satisfied with the control unit
It has lots of useful functions
To allow my gates to operate way above my expectations.
In my honest opinion the only downside from my personal point of view is the instructions that come with the control unit.
The instructions are certainly not the easiest to follow.
I could get the basic idea from the instructions, but in the end it was trial and error ,In the end I worked out how to use the unit correctly.
I recommend oxygen products to my neighbours, they purchased two sets of gate controlers And gate arms on my recommendation, they also agreed with me that the instructions for controller set up not as good as it could be,
They contacted oxygen after trying to set up the system, and having problems understanding the instructions fully,
They did face time with oxygen and soon sorted any problems out.
Another neighbour and another of my friends are purchasing systems from oxygen on my recommendation
I will help them with there set ups
As I am now fairly confident on how to set up the system.
All in all I am very pleased with my purchases from oxygen.
I will continue to recommend there items to my friends family and neighbours.
